COVID 19

Update 06/11/2020

Following the latest update from the government this week, we would like to reiterate that we are open and operating as normal.

Update 05/06/2020

Collect & Save During COVID-19

You can still collect from us during this time. Here is how you do it –

  • Our premises are locked, so please call 01953 528008 from outside and a member of staff will come outside to meet you
  • Our opening times are 8:30am until 5:00pm Monday to Friday
  • Although cash can be accepted, we would prefer contactless card payment
  • Our preference is for you to call in advance so we can pre-assemble your order.

Update 24/03/2020

Following the measures announced yesterday evening, as a manufacturer which includes food ingredients with all orders being sent by courier, we do not fall into any category of businesses that are required to close.

Current advice is that the production and distribution of feed, bedding and healthcare products essential for the upkeep and welfare of animals constitute essential business activity. Aviform will therefore will continue to remain fully operational and to fulfil orders.

All our admin staff are already working remotely.  Our production staff work at least 2 metres apart from colleagues and wear full PPE Personal Protective Equipment as part of our normal warehouse practice.

The wellbeing of our employees, their relatives/friends and the continued health and wellbeing of your animals remain our top priority.

Update 23/03/2020

Currently, there has been no threat to our operations and online orders are being fulfilled as normal. However, we do kindly ask that our customers do not come to see us in person as we want to keep the number of people coming into the building to a minimum. Thank you for your cooperation and stay safe!

Update 19/03/2020

Here at Aviform, we realise that our customers may be concerned about the unfolding Coronavirus outbreak, and how it may affect supply of their everyday items. Although we do not want our customers to panic, we also want to be honest and open with you about how the virus may impact us and our supply chain.

Currently there has been no threat to our operations, and we hope it stays this way. However, as the virus progresses in the UK, we have provisions in place in case of the unfortunate event that we have to deal with an outbreak. In the unlikely event that this happens, the decision may have to be made to scale back production.

Our employees and customers are our top priority and we will closely monitor the situation to ensure everyone is kept safe and healthy. In terms of controlling the infection, we are offering guidance to all our colleagues regarding personal health protection, and ensuring everyone has efficient provisions.

Please continue to check this page if you wish to keep up to date with any changes.
