How It Works
Find a lower price for the same product on another UK-based website.
Contact us with the product details and a link to the lower-priced listing.
We verify the price and match it — it is that simple.
Conditions
- The product must be in-stock and ready to ship that day on the lower-priced site
- Backorders and out-of-stock items will not be matched
- The item must be the same (or very similar) specification as our product
- Must be a current product — not clearance or short expiry date
- The competitor must be a UK-based website
- eBay, Amazon Marketplace and auction sites are excluded
- Applies to product price only — shipping costs are not included
- We will match the price but not beat it
- Maximum of 2 price matches per customer per month
